Investment Operations Associate (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for an Investment Operations Associate in its Asset Management Operations team in Bratislava. The role sits in the back office and keeps static data accurate across systems, covering counterparties, asset portfolios and bank accounts. It is designed for fresh graduates and young professionals who want to learn about global financial markets under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain static data in the internal golden source and external systems
• Carry out end-to-end data integrity checks to ensure high data quality
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis
• Help identify areas for automation, improvement and simplification

Required profile

• Recent graduate or young professional eager to learn in an international corporate environment
• Basic investment knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork capabilities

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of 1,400 to 2,400 EUR per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and requirements
