Paid Internship - WB CSD Orchestration Team (Students Only)

About the role

ING is offering a paid internship for students in its Wholesale Banking Client Services (WB CSD) Orchestration Team in Bratislava. The intern supports the WB CSD desk, which serves large corporate clients with a single entry point for all their daily activities. The role sits in a fast-paced international environment and involves creating, structuring and routing client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Create and structure client requests into internal systems
• Maintain each request so it is clearly defined and ready for processing
• Assign requests to the right expert teams according to content and priority
• Perform regular queue checks and help keep workflows moving
• Collaborate with multiple teams across departments
• Support process improvement and simplification initiatives
• Contribute to high-quality, timely client service delivery

Required profile

• Interest in banking, operations or a corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to understand information quickly and turn it into clear actions
• Reliable, proactive and eager to learn
• Good communication skills in English (B2+)
• Availability to work 2-3 days per week (about 20 hours) from the Bratislava office
