Client Services Daily Banking Specialist (NL) – Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

ING is looking for a Client Services Daily Banking Specialist to cover maternity leave in its Client Services Daily Banking Netherlands team. The team supports Irish corporate clients and their service portfolio in ING Bank Netherlands, working in an international team on payment-related questions, accounts, confirmations, statements and mandates. The role involves direct contact with clients in English.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate Netherlands clients with their queries
• Investigate and analyse financial data, including payment-related questions, reporting and compliance
• Provide direct support on banking operational workflow topics such as fees, billing and invoicing
• Coordinate the opening of different types of accounts for clients
• Maintain client and stakeholder contacts and keep them informed on request progress
• Communicate with clients in English and cooperate with internal teams across Europe
• Identify improvements, suggest changes and contribute inputs to global projects

Required profile

• Previous client services experience
• Advanced English (C1)
• Organised, proactive and client-oriented, with good communication skills
• Attention to detail, analytical and flexible in a fast-changing environment
• Project management skills and teamwork
