About the role
Innovatrics is seeking a Senior Government Sales Manager to lead its government business across Europe and French‑speaking Africa. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you will work in a hybrid setting, combining market development with strategic account growth for biometric identity solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new government business across designated EMEA territories.
- Position Innovatrics ahead of tenders by building trusted relationships with ministries, police, border authorities and civil identity agencies.
- Develop senior‑level relationships with key system integrators and partners.
- Expand existing accounts through modernization and upgrade programmes.
- Lead opportunity qualification, bid orchestration and disciplined sales processes across the region.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in B2B government sales, preferably within biometric or security technologies.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong knowledge of European and Francophone African markets.
- Proven ability to navigate politically sensitive and highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in building long‑term institutional partnerships.
