About the role
Alcon is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead sales activities for its Ocular Health portfolio in Slovakia. You will work across ethical and over‑the‑counter channels, driving growth for contact lens care and supporting the patient journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for designated pharmacy and eye‑care accounts.
- Develop and execute a sales/business plan for the assigned client base.
- Drive promotion, sales, and product development initiatives in key accounts.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, proposing tailored solutions.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence on key accounts.
- Provide accurate data for Alcon’s CRM system and map stakeholder segments.
- Organise customer events and programs aligned with business tactics.
Required profile
- Sales experience in key account management within the optical or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to sell premium, quality‑focused products.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and openness to learning.
- Communicative level of English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in the South Bohemia region (e.g., Tábor, České Budějovice, Benešov, Havlíčkův Brod, Pelhřimov).
