Advanced Technology & Cataract Procedure Manager

About the role

Alcon is looking for an Advanced Technology & Cataract Procedure Manager to lead sales and account management for surgical ophthalmic products across the central and northern regions of Slovakia. You will be responsible for driving growth, supporting the patient journey, and reinforcing Alcon’s position as a leader in eye care.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and develop sales strategies that deliver measurable performance results.
• Design and implement high‑value services and differentiated offerings within the territory.
• Build strong relationships with ophthalmologists, key stakeholders and eye‑care professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and promote Alcon’s product portfolio.
• Ensure all activities comply with Alcon’s internal guidelines and local regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant commercial, sales, optics or technical education (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent Slovak (C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Valid driving licence (category B) and willingness to travel daily within a 150 km radius.
• Experience in surgical, pharmaceutical or optics sales is an advantage.
