Technical Account Manager (m/f/n)

About the role

ESET is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Bratislava. The TAM manages a portfolio of selected customers, provides expert advisory services and fosters proactive relationships. The role is full-time and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, guide them through onboarding and provide expert advisory services
• Present the service to customers and make sure their expectations match the service scope
• Complete initial assessment forms with customers and keep them informed on the progress of unresolved support cases or incidents
• Organise and lead periodic calls with customers
• Proactively share new releases, EOL updates and other relevant information
• Monitor customer health, drive product adoption and collaborate internally to reduce renewal risk
• Keep up with ESET's product offerings and lead customer advocacy initiatives
• If a customer wants to upgrade or renew early, refer them to the Sales Department and help deliver a seamless experience

Required profile

• Education: preferably a master's degree, completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
• High analytical skills, structured way of working, and very good verbal and written communication

Required skills

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the IT environment
• Understanding of Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems
• Understanding of network architecture and application software
