Python Software Engineer – Malware Automation

About the role
ESET is looking for a skilled, self-driven Python Software Engineer to join its malware automation team in Bratislava. The engineer designs, analyzes, implements and continuously improves code that strengthens malware processing workflows, works independently on robust automation solutions and contributes to the evolution of internal systems.
Required profile
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Python, Jenkins, Git, QEMU/KVM, networking, Android, macOS, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure and SQL is highly valued; any level of experience counts.
- Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, efficient systems.
What we offer
- Basic wage from 2,500 EUR gross, with possible increase depending on skills and experience.
- Performance bonus twice a year, up to 10% of basic salary, paid after a 6-month evaluation period.
