Project Quality Manager – Waste to X

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Project Quality Manager in Levice. You will lead the quality assurance of an EPC Waste to X project, acting as the main quality interface between the Project Director/Manager and the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by developing quality strategies, managing QA/QC requirements and proactively identifying risks of non-conformities.
• Oversee quality control, inspections and documentation to meet project objectives and regulatory standards.
• Train and support project teams on quality systems, tools and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality issues and applying 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean and Six Sigma.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6+ years of experience in Waste to X, power generation, oil and gas project or site quality management, including welded constructions.
• Knowledge of harmonised standards (e.g. EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090) and ASME BPVC.
• Expertise in welding (e.g. IWE), NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (e.g. FROSIO).
• Familiarity with quality and project management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D) and relevant UK/EU directives (PED 2014/68/EU, MRL 2006/42/EC).
• Proficiency in English; German or French is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 3,000 EUR per month (minimum offered).
