Payroll Specialist

About the role

Capco is looking for a motivated Payroll Specialist with fluent English to manage payroll processes for multiple regions, including Germany and Italy, within its Slovak office.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Payroll and HR colleagues and handle payroll inbox queries.
• Capture payroll data from various input files and systems, including CloudPay where applicable.
• Process referral payments, sickness leave, and leave of absence reports, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Perform payroll checks, prepare sign‑off reports, and attend sign‑off meetings with finance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (German or Italian is a plus).
• Previous payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an international environment.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, data analysis functions).
• Experience with CloudPay (advantage).
