Change Readiness Lead

About the role

The Change Readiness Lead is the senior change leader for a 21‑month fixed‑term program at Mondelēz International, reporting to the Program Change Director. The role defines and drives the change strategy, readiness framework, governance and delivery standards across functions and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Program Change Management Strategy, business engagement approach and operating model, creating methodology, templates and toolkits for functional and BU change leads.
• Establish go‑live gate criteria, readiness assessment approach and consolidate readiness inputs into a program‑level view; chair readiness forums and report status.
• Quality‑assure all Change Impact Assessments and key deliverables, providing structured feedback before governance or stakeholder distribution.
• Standardise the end‑to‑end Key User Learning Journey, set measurable go/no‑go criteria and monitor program‑wide completion.
• Own the program‑wide Change Plan, manage cross‑workstream dependencies, run the change team’s operating rhythm and produce consolidated status reports.
• Lead and develop the Functional Change Lead team, enforce standards through governance and QA, and represent change at design authority and steering committees.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years progressive experience in change management or business transformation, preferably on large‑scale ERP, CRM or comparable programs.
• Proven ability to design and own a program‑level change strategy and translate strategic objectives into an actionable delivery plan.
• Strong leadership presence to influence senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and steering committees.
• Experience defining and governing a readiness framework with assessment criteria and go‑live gate standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex change concepts.
