HR Business Partner – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

Brose Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave. You will support managers and employees across assigned business areas, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and talent is developed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the HR agenda for assigned business areas.
• Support managers in motivating and developing their teams.
• Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements.
• Identify and develop talent within the organization.
• Provide guidance on labor law and HR strategy.
• Prepare reports and deliver HR‑related training for managers.
• Conduct recruiting activities for the assigned business area.
• Perform data analysis and create overviews.
• Handle necessary administrative tasks related to employment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to build partnerships with managers and employees.
• Advanced level of English.
• This position is a replacement for maternity leave.
