HR Specialist – HR System Implementation & Data Management

About the role

The position is a specialist HR role focused on HRIS implementation and data analytics within a stable international food and FMCG group. The role works closely with finance and IT to optimise HR processes and support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process and validate HR data, maintain high‑quality databases and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Analyse key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, FTE, recruitment and KPI dashboards.
• Lead the implementation of a new HR information system, including coordination, testing, user‑role management and documentation.
• Develop user guides, process documentation and training materials; conduct training for HR teams and managers.
• Support legislative and regulatory updates in the HR system and assist in maintaining salary bands and job classification methods.
• Collaborate with controlling and IT to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency and compliance with internal standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an independent HR specialist or payroll accountant.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work autonomously on HR data projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and administration.
