Global Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Capco is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Analyst for a 9‑month maternity cover in Bratislava. This role supports the global Talent Acquisition function by improving processes, governance, and technology solutions across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global Talent Acquisition processes and best‑practice solutions.
• Support large‑scale Talent Acquisition projects in a PMO capacity, gathering requirements and deliverables.
• Partner with global and local stakeholders to translate business needs into practical process and technology solutions.
• Manage and govern the global Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including tool administration, data quality, reporting, controls and vendor relationships.
• Lead audit, governance and process documentation to ensure global standards and controls are embedded.

Required profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR technology, recruitment operations or related global functions.
• Proven ability to develop, manage or improve processes across multiple countries or stakeholder groups.
• Strong attention to accuracy, data quality and effective controls.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse or SmartRecruiters.
• Knowledge of data reporting, governance and audit processes.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools, automation and process improvement methodologies.
