HR Representative – Employee Lifecycle Support

About the role

Join a fast‑paced Human Resources team in the Levice region, supporting employees, managers and HR colleagues. You will manage HR administrative processes in a global environment and help improve how HR delivers services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR transaction support for the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, terminations, transfers, compensation & benefits, learning & performance) via a ticketing system.
• Create and deliver reports, ensure transaction quality, and continuously develop the HR knowledge base.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Complete administrative tasks, analyse and resolve complex HR transactions in internal HR systems following established guidelines.
• Draft documents that comply with country‑specific legal regulations; experience with Softip and knowledge of the Labour Code are a plus.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Experience in HR or personnel administration is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of HR processes, data management and the ability to work simultaneously in multiple systems.
• High attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Change‑management mindset and ability to react quickly to problems.
• Communicative English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Human Capital system (SuccessFactors is a plus).
• CRM/Ticketing system (ServiceNow is a plus).
• Softip system (advantage) and basic knowledge of Labour Law.
