HR Assistant

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for an HR Assistant for its Swiss entity in Bratislava. You will act as the first point of contact for HR administration and employee lifecycle support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee records, HR documentation, contracts and letters, and ensure compliance with local policies and regulations
• Support HR operations, including HRIS administration, payroll coordination, data quality and employee communications
• Partner with managers on HR processes, giving guidance and making sure administrative tasks are completed on time
• Organize personnel-related meetings, keep accurate employee records and handle day-to-day HR administration

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration with strong knowledge of employment law and social security regulations
• Fluent English and German, with high integrity, discretion and service orientation
• Proactive, resilient and well-organized, with a solution-oriented mindset

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and SuccessFactors
• MS Office applications
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills

What we offer

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 1,400 EUR per month (higher depending on level, skills and experience)
• 13th salary, annual bonus of 3.5%, extra days of leave and two sick days per year
