HR Business Partner

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for an HR Business Partner in Bratislava. The role partners with managers and employees on key HR processes across the employee lifecycle and acts as the first point of contact for operational HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, including performance, attendance, conflicts and complaints, conducting investigations and recommending balanced, fair solutions
• Work with business leaders and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and integration
• Prepare HR reports and analyses, and support compensation, promotion and organisational change processes with data-based insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field
• At least 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or in a similar role
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment and talent management; international matrix organisation and change experience is an advantage
• Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken)
• Flexibility to travel between Levice and Bratislava

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Slovak Labour Code and employment legislation
• Experience with HRIS, HR reporting and advanced Excel and presentation skills

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 2,600 EUR per month (minimum offered)
• 13th salary, 5% annual bonus and extra days of leave
