Recruiter – Medical Sales & Medical Affairs

About the role

iQVIA is seeking a Recruiter based in Slovakia to support recruitment across its Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The role is hands-on and covers roles such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors and Patient Access positions across several European countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned medical sales and medical affairs roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain ATS data accurately and in compliance with local requirements.
• Support the development of talent pipelines.
• Liaise with external recruitment partners when required.
• Ensure adherence to local recruitment legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Previous experience recruiting in healthcare or life sciences is an advantage.
• Exposure to commercial and/or medical roles.
• Fluent English is required; fluency in Slovak and other European languages is desired.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Stated potential base pay range of EUR 18,900 to EUR 36,300 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule.
