Territory Marketing Manager II (Medior)

About the role

We are looking for a Medior Territory Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team at ESET. The role focuses on implementing marketing plans in selected EMEA growth markets, supporting local distributors and driving product launches in line with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ESET’s marketing strategy proactively in assigned growth markets and reactively in other markets.
• Review and provide feedback on the yearly marketing plan, prioritising activities within allocated budgets.
• Recommend and coordinate global marketing activities for partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Process Marketing Development Funds and Business Development Funds claims and ensure smooth deployment of priority projects.
• Prepare regular reports, lead marketing activity review meetings and act as the global marketing representative for assigned markets.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and global marketing teams while monitoring contract compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, economics, business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing or project coordination, preferably in an IT or tech company.
• Advanced English (C1) with additional languages considered a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.

• Basic gross salary starting from 2 500 EUR per month, adjustable based on skills and experience.
• Performance bonus paid twice a year, up to 10 % of the basic salary.
