Marketing Asistent/Asistentka – dočasná pozícia

About the role

This is a temporary position covering maternity/parental leave for a Marketing Assistant in Bratislava. The role supports the team’s daily operations and ensures smooth workflow during the absence of regular staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the manager and team, guaranteeing uninterrupted daily operations.
• Coordinate office procedures, systems and supplies, identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
• Offer guidance to team members and internal partners on processes, guidelines and services.
• Assist in implementing new administrative processes and continuously improve existing workflows.
• Lead administrative projects, delivering clearly defined tasks within agreed deadlines.
• Support onboarding and adaptation of new employees, providing administrative assistance.
• Manage office needs and liaise with suppliers and service contracts.
• Report technical issues, incidents and product‑related cases in line with internal requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, office‑management or similar support role.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), both spoken and written.
