Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Head of CEE/DACH Marketing, the Senior Marketing Specialist will act as the day‑to‑day marketing business partner for the Country Manager, local sales leadership and vendor managers in Slovakia. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, using shared regional programmes while maintaining local ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the country marketing plan, aligning it with business targets, vendor objectives and budget, and translating programmes into in‑market execution.
• Manage local vendor and partner relationships, developing joint marketing plans and overseeing funding, reporting and the end‑to‑end partner journey.
• Drive partner growth across the lifecycle through recruitment, onboarding, activation, enablement and co‑marketing activities.
• Execute integrated campaigns, events, webinars and sales‑enablement assets, providing sales teams with messaging, briefs and follow‑up tools.
• Allocate and forecast local marketing budgets, claim vendor funding and ensure compliance with brand and financial rules.

Required profile

• At least three years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, distribution or multi‑vendor environments.
• Proven ability to build insight‑driven marketing plans that connect campaign activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Hands‑on experience delivering digital campaigns, events, webinars and partner programmes.
• Strong budget management, forecasting and performance reporting skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language (Slovak).
