Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is expanding its Customer Success team and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of about 20 enterprise clients. You will act as the trusted advisor, driving strategy, growth and value throughout the customer journey while ensuring the Engagement product delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, develop account plans and guide clients toward best‑in‑class personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing and analytics teams to align the Engagement solution with client goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators, provide data‑driven insights and ensure continuous delivery of value.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably 2+ years in B2B SaaS for online retail/e‑commerce analytics or marketing.
• Proven ability to understand complex business models quickly and to act as a strategic advisor.
• Working proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPI‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimisation, customer segmentation and attribution modelling.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce trends and marketing technology stacks.
