About the role

The Marketing Campaign Manager translates a defined marketing strategy into action by designing and delivering impactful, multi‑channel campaigns across offerings, partnerships and industries. This role focuses on execution and driving measurable ROI through customer‑relevant demand generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, orchestrate, and execute end‑to‑end demand generation marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors and Marketing leadership to align campaigns with business priorities.
• Drive measurable ROI through lead generation, conversions and revenue contribution.
• Track and analyse performance metrics with the Data and Insights team to optimise campaigns.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication, continuously improving campaign approaches.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaign execution, preferably in the technology services sector.
• Background in marketing management, coordination or digital marketing roles.
• Proven portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms (automation, CRM, analytics).
• Project management or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and German.
