Coordinator Digital Marketing

About the role

Our hair‑colouration Virtual Try‑On applications reach thousands of users every day, helping them decide and experiment with their hair. We are looking for a Coordinator to steer existing and new digital applications within our Digital Support team. You will support business partners and bring the vision of our global digital marketing to life.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the existing global Virtual Try‑On and Find Your Colour applications while handling daily stakeholder communication.
• Support business partners with presentations, onboarding sessions and regular application testing.
• Coordinate new brand implementations, shade extensions and act as the main contact for brands expanding their virtual try‑on portfolio.
• Collaborate with DX colleagues on development, roll‑out of new features, regional localisations and updates.
• Prepare copybooks, performance reports and monthly or ad‑hoc analytics for the applications.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal) for interaction with international stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a multicultural environment.
• Affinity for digital trends with a focus on improving KPI results.
• Self‑organized, reliable and able to manage projects independently.
