Marketing Manager – Slovakia (Hybrid, Bratislava)

About the role

A leading global online food delivery platform is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its B2C marketing strategy in Slovakia. The role will focus on developing locally relevant campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, engage consumers, and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the local B2C customer marketing strategy and calendar.
• Adapt global campaigns and activations to ensure strong relevance for Slovak consumers.
• Create and oversee consumer campaigns across CRM, digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and sponsorships.
• Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and optimize based on consumer and market insights.
• Collaborate with global, local commercial, sales, B2B, customer service, and logistics teams to develop effective commercial strategies.
• Own and manage the local B2C marketing budget, including planning, allocation, and tracking of promotional voucher budgets.

Required profile

• Experience in a broad marketing role covering multiple disciplines.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and switch effectively between priorities.
• Independent, proactive and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in FMCG or a consumer‑focused industry is advantageous.
