Senior Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

eSET is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/n) to take ownership of its global customer journey ecosystem, lead experimentation initiatives, support strategic product launches and champion AI-driven innovation in marketing operations. This role covers maternity leave and is based in Bratislava.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize automated email and in-product messaging (IPM) customer journeys, transactional communications and lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, product adoption and growth.
• Lead email and IPM experimentation, personalization and optimization using customer insights, A/B testing and data analysis.
• Act as Global Marketing Automation Lead for key Consumer and B2B product launches, working with Digital Sales and Product teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior and turn insights into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency and scalability through automation and emerging technologies.
• Advise global teams on marketing automation strategy, best practices and customer lifecycle optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM or customer journey optimization.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing programs.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and influence cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
• Marketing automation and A/B testing.
