Program Manager, Marketing Lead Factory

About the role

JCI is hiring a Program Manager, Marketing Lead Factory for its EMEA region. The role owns the integrated agenda for new-customer demand generation and marketing process excellence, turning installed-base intelligence and external market signals into qualified pipeline. It sets scalable standard work for campaigns, events and related marketing execution, and connects strategy, data, technology and cross-functional delivery to improve speed, consistency, governance and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EMEA SDR line, integrating it into the overall marketing campaign strategy and operating model for generating new-customer leads from installed-base data and external databases.
• Partner with campaign leaders to turn growth priorities into lead-generation SDR initiatives, defining forecasts, target segments, campaign logic, qualification criteria, value hypotheses, ownership and launch plans.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Service, Commercial Operations, Data & Analytics and regional leaders to prioritize opportunities and align capacity, handoffs and follow-up.
• Oversee data quality, enrichment, segmentation and lead routing, ensuring leads are actionable, compliant and routed through agreed CRM processes.
• Establish performance governance across lead forecast accuracy, quality, conversion, cycle time, pipeline creation and revenue contribution, and give insights to senior leadership.
• Run pilots, gather seller and customer feedback and scale high-performing lead sources and campaign models.
• Lead, deploy and use marketing intent and insight tools to segment customers and generate outreach lists for business development reps.
• Design and own standard work for EMEA marketing activities, including campaign intake, activation, events, webinars, tradeshows, lead capture, follow-up and measurement.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, templates, checklists, RACI models and stage-gate controls, and run cross-functional process-design and continuous-improvement workshops.
• Create a governance cadence to monitor adoption and process health, and lead change management through stakeholder alignment, communications and coaching.
• Benchmark practices, identify automation and AI opportunities and sponsor improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing programs or projects, or experience as a functional lead on a program team.
• Experience in a regional or global marketing organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment, including in front of C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including project planning, project management and team building.
• Experience with structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding of financial concepts.
• Ability to work in a global team environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field; experience with Lean methodology or Six Sigma.
