About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the recruitment and development of new team members, drive their onboarding process, and ensure the team meets its commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

Actively recruit new collaborators.
Develop their personal and sales skills.
Onboard and integrate new team members.
Take responsibility for the team’s commercial results.

Required profile

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in the sales sector.
People‑oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Flexibility and adaptability.
