About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the recruitment and development of new team members, drive their onboarding process, and ensure the team meets its commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Actively recruit new collaborators.
- Develop their personal and sales skills.
- Onboard and integrate new team members.
- Take responsibility for the team’s commercial results.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the sales sector.
- People‑oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
