Junior Account Manager

About the role

The Junior Account Manager will act as a primary liaison between our business partners and customers in the electrotechnical and manufacturing sectors. The role focuses on ensuring smooth cross‑departmental processes, monitoring delivery timelines, and supporting logistics and customs documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with business partners and customers to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor customer deliveries against requested dates and report status.
• Analyze order planning data and produce regular reports.
• Prepare and process import/export customs documentation.
• Coordinate logistics services and resolve any related issues.
• Handle complaints and claims to meet operational targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within electrotechnical or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Active proficiency in English.
