Junior Account Manager

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager at Millennium, you will support the growth of our B2B relationships by promoting our IT and software solutions. You will act as a trusted partner for key customers, helping them identify suitable technology and business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key B2B customers, focusing on automation and custom solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets and expand cooperation with existing accounts.
• Lead and coordinate presales discussions, present software solutions and prepare tailored offers.
• Oversee the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation to hand‑over to the delivery team.
• Collaborate closely with analytical, development, consulting and project teams to deliver innovative IT solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with at least a high‑school diploma (Matura).
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, with a willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong result orientation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Basic experience with CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office.
