About the role

As an LDL Project Assistant you will support the local project lead in executing project activities, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and follow‑up across stakeholders. Your work will help keep projects on schedule, improve data quality, and maintain day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the local project lead with coordination and execution of project tasks.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including data validation, updates, and corrections.
• Organise meetings, track action items, and follow up on open tasks.
• Support data‑related activities such as basic data cleansing and validation.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Solid organisational and communication abilities.
