Team Leader – KBS (English required, Italian a plus)

About the role

KONE is looking for a Team Leader to head its KONE Business Services (KBS) centre in Bratislava. The role involves leading a team that provides administrative support to customer and service teams, handling document requests related to subcontractors and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team, fostering collaboration, high performance and LEAN thinking.
• Drive daily operational performance, maintain quality standards and meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements using LEAN and LEAN UX methodologies.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with operational tasks and major projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or team‑management role, preferably in a shared‑services or international corporate environment.
• Fluent English; Italian is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive leader comfortable in a multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience applying LEAN principles or LEAN UX methodologies.
