IT Recruitment Coordinator (English, German)

About the role

D-ploy is seeking an IT Recruitment Coordinator fluent in English and German to support its growing IT and engineering business across EMEA. You will act as a bridge between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and building strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates, document detailed notes, and present suitable profiles to internal or external hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the hiring cycle.
• Develop and maintain a trusted network of passive and active candidates, keeping regular contact with key talent.
• Gather market intelligence during conversations and generate business development leads.
• Conduct active market mapping and source candidates via headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Strong research abilities and a keen interest in information technology.
• Highly organized to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and internal teams.
• Ambitious, resilient, tenacious and committed to exceeding expectations.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Xing and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to conduct market mapping and talent pipeline development.
