Employer Brand Manager – Fixed-term (Central Europe)

About the role

Lead the delivery of Tesco Central Europe’s employer brand strategy, aligning it with the Group EVP, masterbrand and People strategy. Localise and activate global campaigns across Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic to attract, engage and retain diverse talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing campaigns for stores, offices and business services.
• Own the social and content strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook and career platforms, including colleague storytelling.
• Manage career site content (Strapi, WordPress) and oversee local photo/video production and translation.
• Coordinate with the employer‑brand agency, handling briefings, delivery, performance and capacity.
• Control the CE employer brand budget, forecasting, allocation and PO management.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across People, Talent Acquisition and Communications teams.
• Plan and support recruitment events, early‑career campaigns and market activations.
• Measure campaign performance and optimise using data, insight and market trends.

Required profile

• University education.
• 4‑5 years of professional experience in employer branding, campaign planning or recruitment marketing.
• Proven ability to work with creative and media agencies.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for people, culture, inclusion and meaningful work.
