About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Category Manager to lead the sourcing, procurement and management of temporary labour across the region. The role is central to building a reliable, compliant and cost‑effective staffing supplier network that supports our IT and Engineering spend.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for temporary labour aligned with global category and supply‑base objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes, including supplier identification, negotiation, contract management and commercial agreements.
- Ensure all activities comply with local labour laws, immigration requirements and other regulatory restrictions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers, regularly evaluating performance and reliability.
- Identify risks and put in place business continuity measures to guarantee uninterrupted labour supply.
- Drive programmes to improve cost efficiency, workforce quality and process reliability.
- Manage large‑scale regional projects in line with the global category strategy.
- Collaborate with the Global SCM Category Lead, Temporary Labour to refine the overall category strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in temporary‑labour category management, strategic sourcing or procurement at a global level.
- In‑depth knowledge of legislative restrictions, labour laws and compliance requirements for temporary staffing.
- Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship skills.
- High accountability, ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced multinational environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Fluency in English.
