Part‑time Student HR Payroll Assistant

About the role

The HR Payroll Assistant supports Regional Payroll Specialists by handling internal system administration, payroll documentation and employee communication. This part‑time position is ideal for a university student looking to gain practical HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer internal HR systems such as Human, WorkDay and SharePoint.
• Manage attendance, sickness and maternity‑leave documentation.
• Support payroll administration, archive documents and assist with annual tax reconciliation.
• Organise meetings, international calls and prepare Excel reports.
• Communicate with the HR team, employees and local authorities.

Required profile

• Student in 3rd or 4th year of an economics‑focused university program.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) – additional languages a plus.
• Available to work 20 hours per week for at least the next year.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and quick learner.
• Good written and spoken communication skills and ability to work in a team.
