HR Project Manager, Operational Excellence

About the role

Join the HR Services organisation and help shape the delivery of HR services for 20,000 employees across EMEA. As an HR Project Manager you will drive continuous improvement, streamline processes and support digital transformation to create efficient, user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on the HR Services EMEA roadmap, strengthening the new operating model and enhancing user experience.
• Identify and implement automation and digitalisation opportunities.
• Support the rollout of global HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Plan and execute projects of varying size, keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Analyse service quality and productivity trends, conduct root‑cause analysis and optimise ServiceNow usage.
• Create clear written communications and presentations for target audiences.

Required profile

• Background in shared services with at least 5 years of HR experience.
• Proven experience in HR process streamlining, continuous improvement and digitalisation.
• Hands‑on experience with HR request systems, specifically ServiceNow.
• Excellent English language skills.
