Employee Relations Operations Specialist

About the role

The Employee Relations Operations Specialist supports the delivery of employee‑relations initiatives and workforce planning across the organization. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance and external vendors, the role ensures projects are executed on schedule, data is accurate, and employee experience remains a priority.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR Projects Office operations, including project plans, timelines, deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end workforce planning with ER, HR partners, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and external vendors.
• Act as a primary point of contact for HR partners and employees, providing clear guidance on processes and timelines.
• Support service‑level agreements for ER investigation oversight.
• Maintain data integrity across systems, produce dashboards, trackers and program reports for compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen ER operations.
• Develop and maintain ER resources such as guides, templates and FAQs.
• Leverage technology and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and proven capability to handle confidential information.
