Personnel Administration Specialist – Romanian Language

About the role

Join Holcim’s Human Resources team in Košice as a Personnel Administration Specialist. You will manage employee data across multiple HR systems, support payroll processes, and collaborate with HR Business Partners on a global scale, all while using your Romanian language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee profiles in HR systems, including data updates and termination handling.
• Support payroll‑related tasks and ensure accurate data flow.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners via video calls, emails, and ticketing tools to execute HR transactions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing ideas to enhance HR service delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Management or a related field.
• Experience in personnel administration or HR operations.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English and Romanian (B2).
• Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Toolkit.
• Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors (a plus).
