HR Service Management Specialist

About the role

You will shape the digital HR experience for Danfoss employees by improving the systems and services they use daily. The role blends HR process knowledge, technology expertise, and employee‑experience focus to deliver practical, user‑friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules such as case management, employee center, lifecycle events, and knowledge management.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations and process improvements.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, and releases to ensure new capabilities add value.
• Monitor data quality, conduct process reviews, and resolve system issues for reliable, compliant HR operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation, including AI‑powered virtual agents and intelligent self‑service tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience working with HR systems and digital HR platforms, including configuration, testing, and administration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, payroll, benefits, performance management).
• Ability to analyze business requirements, solve complex problems, and translate needs into system and process improvements.
• Proven collaboration with both business and technology teams.
• Interest in AI‑enabled HR technologies and digital employee experience solutions.

Required skills

• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or similar HR service management solution.
• AI‑enabled HR solutions (e.g., virtual agents, intelligent knowledge management).
