Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and operational roles across Slovakia and, initially, the Czech Republic. The role is office‑based in Nitra with some flexibility, offering the chance to shape talent pipelines in a large international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Focus on blue‑collar and operational positions in logistics, manufacturing, automotive and supply‑chain sectors.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Proactively build talent pipelines and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and metrics.
• Support wider talent‑acquisition projects, employer branding and process improvements.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in talent acquisition, agency recruitment or RPO, with a strong focus on blue‑collar hiring.
• Fluent in Slovak and Czech, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, automotive or similar operational settings is highly advantageous.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working across different countries and cultures.
