Head of Performance Marketing

About the role

CloudTalk is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale paid acquisition across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will manage a €5 M annual budget while staying hands‑on in campaign creation, copywriting, and bid optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategy on Google, Bing, Meta, Reddit and other high‑performing platforms.
• Allocate, monitor and defend a €5 M yearly budget, shifting spend toward channels that generate the highest SQL value.
• Build and maintain a ROAS model that ties ad spend to qualified pipeline value.
• Design, launch, and optimise campaigns, including ad copy, creative testing and landing‑page experiments.
• Lead, coach and develop one senior PPC specialist, providing direction and feedback.
• Report performance metrics and strategic recommendations directly to the CMO.

Required profile

• Senior performance‑marketing professional comfortable setting strategy and executing tactics.
• Player‑coach mindset: able to lead a team while remaining actively involved in campaign work.
• Data‑driven decision maker with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline impact.
• Experience managing multi‑million‑euro budgets in a SaaS or scale‑up environment.
