Global Solutions Specialist – Talent & Culture

About the role

The People & Communications team at KONE is looking for a Global Solutions Specialist to shape and support Talent & Culture solutions worldwide. You will work closely with the Talent & Culture Center of Expertise, Learning & Development, IT and business stakeholders to design, configure and continuously improve HR systems that enable a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure global Talent & Culture solutions in line with CoE requirements.
• Create and maintain a solutions development roadmap and drive continuous improvement focused on end‑user experience.
• Design process improvements in Workday and other global HR tools, implement changes, and document them.
• Own technical configuration for global projects, including testing plans, scenario creation, coordination, training delivery and documentation.
• Execute, test and maintain annual Talent & Culture processes in global systems.
• Provide guidance, audit usage, and support for Workday and related tools (e.g., EIB uploads, bug resolution).
• Develop and deliver demos, training materials and presentations for P&C Services and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Global Solutions Specialists, IT and other functional areas.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of modern cloud‑based HR technologies and people processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid experience with HR technology platforms, especially Workday Recruiting and Talent modules.
• Interest in technology development and experience working in an international environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
