HR System Support – Workday

About the role

You will join the People Information Systems team at ESET Headquarters, providing daily support for the Workday HR system and related HR processes. The role focuses on assisting employees, managers and HR colleagues while ensuring reliable system operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Workday users and HR colleagues, building and maintaining positive relationships.
• Provide written and verbal assistance with Workday navigation and related HR processes.
• Receive, track, and resolve user requests through the ticketing system.
• Help users understand HR policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and coordinate their resolution.
• Process selected administrative and data‑related requests within HR information systems.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides, knowledge articles and support materials.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (HRIS Support, HR Support, or HR Administration).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with HR Information Systems.
• Ability to understand processes, analyse requests and efficiently resolve tickets.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer‑focused approach.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).

What we offer

• Basic wage component (gross) from 1700 EUR per month, adjustable based on skills and experience.
• Performance bonus twice per year up to 10 % of the basic salary.
