Digitization Specialist – Smart Factory & Industry 4.0

About the role

As a Digitization Specialist you will turn manufacturing data into actionable insights that improve daily performance on the shop floor. You will be a key contributor to Danfoss’ Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 journey, connecting machines, data and people to enable better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives by designing and implementing digital solutions that boost production performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and analytics using Power BI, SQL, MES/MOM and CIMCO.
• Automate workflows with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
• Develop and optimise digital twins and simulations for capacity planning and system design.
• Collaborate with local and global teams on AI/ML‑enabled digitalisation projects and share knowledge across Danfoss communities.

Required profile

• A curious, growth‑oriented mindset with a strong interest in innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with data analytics in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B1 level) for international collaboration.
