Buildings and utilities maintenance operator

About the role

As a Buildings and Utilities Maintenance Operator you will ensure the smooth operation of the plant’s infrastructure, supporting production continuity. The role combines technical work, movement across the site and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service heat pumps, compressors, compressed‑air systems, steam generators, fire‑protection and air‑conditioning equipment.
• Perform routine upkeep and repairs of building components such as sanitary installations, lighting, gates and doors.
• Identify and rectify equipment faults, record operational data and keep maintenance logs up to date.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical safety systems to guarantee a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Valid electrotechnical activity certificate according to Slovak decree 508/2009.
• Basic PC skills (MS Office) and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance position is preferred.
