About the role

The company is looking for a skilled Assembly Master to work in a modern, technologically equipped production environment. The role involves launching new projects, supervising manufacturing processes and ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and organise work within the department, coordinating directly with production staff.
• Control quality, meet deadlines and ensure compliance with production plans.
• Motivate the team (10‑20 people) to achieve targets and continuously improve processes.
• Design, implement and monitor procedures, guaranteeing productivity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Responsibility, reliability and loyalty.
• Secondary education with a focus on mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and a solid overview of mechanical technologies.

Required skills

• Reading technical drawings.
• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Team management (10‑20 people).
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (moderately advanced).
• Use of information systems.
• Driver’s licence category B.
