About the role

Danfoss Power Solutions in Považská Bystrica is looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to support quality activities in production and assembly. The role is crucial for ensuring product quality in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality tools and processes to increase process stability and product quality.
• Lead and coordinate resolution of customer, internal, and supplier non‑conformities, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits and drive successful implementation of follow‑up action plans.
• Manage quality aspects of change approvals, documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in quality or manufacturing with a systematic, data‑driven problem‑solving approach.
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949) and core quality tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Proficient in English and Slovak.
