Data Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Data Solutions Engineer who will support management decision‑making through data analysis, contribute to agile development of data‑driven solutions, and help optimise corporate sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process data analyses and provide business interpretation for corporate customers.
• Participate actively in agile development of data and analytics solutions for the CORPO and SME areas.
• Design, optimise and automate data and process flows, and collaborate on data‑driven projects within corporate sales.
• Maintain internal systems, data warehouses and data sources, and develop internal applications focused on efficient data handling.
• Set application and data rules in communication with corporate clients and improve front‑end and core systems from a data perspective.

Required profile

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or a related field.
• Experience working with data; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, reliability and independence.
• Team spirit, willingness to share knowledge and communicative English.

Required skills

• SQL
• Python
• Power BI (or another BI tool)
• Basic knowledge of Azure / cloud technologies
• Familiarity with pricing or analytics tools such as Earnix, Radar or Emblem is a plus
